Haven’t always had the best luck with Nanoleaf but these work great!

Easy to setup and syncs with my corsair icue

Light fell off the wall, cracked and Nanoleaf blame me for improper installation

You can get knockoff from Amazon for about $50, but wanted to support Nanoleaf.

Installed the lights with the mounting tape provided on a newly painted wall without touching the sticky part of the tape. After about a week, all the lights fell off the wall. I've sent a request to see if I can get one or two panels replaced under warranty (defective tape provided couldn't hold the panels on the wall) and were directed to their Warranty & CLAIM plain English page:

Support for the app and software is always available, warranty or not.
The warranty applies for normal wear and tear, not complete stupidity.

The "The warranty applies for normal wear and tear, not complete stupidity." was not necessary. I've applied the tape properly, my walls are straight like all house wall, no dust and yet the lights fell off the wall and according to the warrant department it's something stupid I did. As per their suggestion, I've now use two screws per each panel, toss the double sided mounting tape Nanoleaf provided in the trash, bought and used gorilla tape instead and it seems to be holding well.

For 250 (on sale), Nanoleaf could've provided better mounting tape, include two screws per panel AND stop putting the blame on the customer.

Still like the hexagon shape lights though, even with one cracked and one scratched panel. For anyone considering buying the panel, use the screws (NOT INCLUDED, need to buy it yourself) to hold it in place, this will hopefully keep your panel from falling off the wall and getting crack/scratch.
