Had issues with my control square, Nanoleaf support quickly and efficiently solved the problem.
I have 2 different products from Nanoleaf will definitely add more! 👍
Bought my Nanoleaf from Best Buy a couple years ago and the main unit stopped working properly. Did not want to connect with other Canvas Squares. Nanoleaf sent me a new controller square. Quick and easy.
So after maybe a year and some the shapes control square gave out and through the warranty they sent me this replacement square and it solved the issue

I bought this panel while while waiting to see if a faulty panel would be replaced by Nanoleaf. It was going to take a while because of my schedule and the fact I was out of town for a while, Nanoleaf was very patient with this. Because I still needed a light in the living room for people, I had to get a replacement. Of course, it is set up now and it works but I have had to replace the original panel 2x now. My question and concern is, why do the panels need replacing so often? The panel that failed was apparently faulty but it already was the replacement for a panel that failed. If the replacement is issued, it will now be a backup as I have 2 set ups in the house. They are expensive and I just want the product to be dependable. Love the product generally and the customer support is pretty decent though I don’t appreciate the steps to get the replacement (creating a video and having to have a YouTube account etc to upload it to). I do love the lights though. For now 3 stars because of the fail rate… I have no idea how long the panel will work.
