Had no-issues with re-adding it to the app. Fast shipping. Only issue I have is it pulling off some paint.
I’ve Had my canvas squares for over 2 years now. They look fantastic. They’re a great conversation starter/party favourite. However, I’ve had consistent problems with them disconnecting and being unreachable. I soft reset and hard reset and it doesn’t help. So Nanoleaf has had to replace it twice now. It’s very inconvenient because they’re attached to the wall and replacing a tile is taking its toll on my paint job.

Reached out to Nanoleaf for support on a malfunctioning control panel. Made several requests with no response. Ended up just buying a new panel. Hope this one lasts longer than the first.

Happy with the fast customer service responses but unfortunately for the new remote that I got through service, it isn’t compatible with the linkers I currently have with my setup so I still can’t use my lights so it’s unfortunate
