I honestly never write reviews but I have contacted nanoleaf multiple times for this order (which I ordered mounting tape) and they never got back to me with a proper resolution the service is horrible also I have not received the package and its been close to two weeks with not updates -- so disappointing. Will have to contact my bank for this. Also, if you are going to charge shipping for 14 dollars that least you could do is provide timely shipping or good customer service.

I was gifted a nano leaf hexagon set. I love them. They worked. So fun. I mounted them with th sticky pads. After awhile the hexagons began falling off the wall. I am ordering these replacement pads in order to put my design back up onto the wall so that I can then screw them in place.

Love that they give leeway to peel them off now, that will hopefully not destroy my walls this next move.
