After nearly 5 months of an Open trouble ticket, and continuing to request higher level support… It was ignored! Finally a new hardware controller was recently received
Still waiting on the controller. They were never shipped and I needed it for this upcoming weekend.

I have been in touch with support to get daily updates on the order and it still hasn’t been refunded or replaced. This is absolutely unacceptable and I will definitely not purchase again from Nanoleaf because of this very bad experience and follow-up on my order.

I don't have any issue with my Nanoleaf stuff, it works; and cool mounting kits for sure!
