Unacceptable

I waited over a week of giving me a generic an answer as to why my order hasn’t shipped. An still has not shipped. I have waited for 2 days now to cancel and still has not been cancel. I have waited over a week an no explanation on anything. Never using this company again. Worse experience.

Unreliable

I have spent over a week counting trying figure out where my order is an at this point have realized I will likely not get it. I have reached out every day an no one answers me with what is going on an says it will ship in 24 hours. An never does. I get no real help. I have spent over a thousand dollars on Nanoleaf products and supported the company since they started releasing products. I could understand if there was a backorder or delay. No one has stated this or communicated. You have lost a loyal customer.

Broken within year. dont buy these

Nanoleaf refused to help and even didnt bother to reply. Had to force my way into refund after months. Useless products with no customer service
