I attempted to contact customer service to place a return for my item. The item I purchased was not compatible with my starter kit. It took nine days for them to finally respond to my emails (I sent several). After 4 emails back and forth, they "approved" my return but did not send me a return label which they said they would. Under FAQ in the website, it states that retun labels will be issued within 30 days of purchase. I contacted them 3 days after my product arrived. Nanoleaf is the worst company I have dealt with in years!
