Nanoleaf really backs their products and has never let anyone down that I’ve met and will continue to support the products they produce.
I originally purchased a nine set tile pack with one of the tiles not working, I contacted nanoleaf only to have the company request I send video proof of a hard reset along with an email thread that went for days on end without any result. Until finally I had given up and requested that I receive a replacement tile which they finally offered to me. When you pay a lot of money for a product you expect it to work, and when it doesn’t you expect the company to trust in your common sense that you’ve attempted all solutions.
