Single Light Panel Replacement
I have contacted you guys an additional 3 times since receiving the incorrect replacement single light panel shape. Please see my conversation with Edrik-- I sent him my proof of purchase for HEXAGON light panels. He sent me a single triangle??? I am so confused and now I have a nonworking hexagon and a working triangle. HELP ME PLEASE.

customer service fantastic, easy as pie
One of the panels we bought would not light up. Nanoleaf’s customer service quickly responded and replaced it. It was up on our wall within a few days.
